I have a Corona 120 that has been upgraded with a mega 15/16/3 Mega Motor, Pheinox 35 Speed control and a 11.1v 2000 mAh Lipoly Battery. But Can I put two 11.1v 2000 mAh lipolys in Parallel circiut to get 11.1v 4000 mAh for twice the flight duration? See Diagram below.

I have 2 Lipoly Batterys, both purchased from Hobby Lobby both are the same battery type and both are Kokam 15C rated both 2000 mAh both 11.1 volts both 3 cells, Is that matched close enough or is their something else I should look for?

That should work. Just make sure you hook them up in parallel like you have in the drawing. If you hook them up in series, you'll probably get to see your ESC's one time smoke show.

Ya, series would get you 22.3 volts or there abouts, you could also buy a larger capacity battery, I want to do the same thing you are, nicad and nimh are a thing of the past, plus the lipos are much lighter.
