Seems my Electro-Fusion 7 has crapped out on me already. I am in the market for a new motor and I hear alot of talk about the Atomic Force motor. What is the turn/winding number of this motor and will the stock speed controller handle this motor? And lastly, will I need a new pinion gear, if so what size pinion. BTW PatternFly, will Venture Hobbies have what I need in stock? Thanks In Advance.

Hi,
Tower Hobbies have the AF motor for $19.99 - as you can see it's a 17 turn motor and the reason why people have picked it to replce the EF motor is that it has a very similar Kv so will use the same pinion and pulls the same (or less) amps allowing the existing ESC to be used - just more reliably than the EF.
