Has anyone noticed if their servo linkage is hits their diff case?

No nothing hits anything.
What hits the throtle?
The steering sevos?

I'd be willing to bet it's because your diff retainer is broken. The round plastic ring that holds the pinion side of the diff. Or, your steering link is bent...or both.
