Anyone know what is the cause behind a failure like this? I've had this truck less than 2 weeks and have ran barely over a gallon of fuel in it.

Nvm, Edited.
the diff. cup is plastic so it cant take much heat I'd imagine.. Go with the Nova diff. cups, and you'll never have to worry about thing like that again.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do the LST and LST2 use the same diff cup?

I would contact Losi on this one, that shouldnt have happened on the LST2 so soon even though they share the same cup, the LST1's diff case was the original problem. I would still say get the nova cups, but the worst that could happen by calling losi would be a free diff or 2.
