Lithium Reciever Battery - Questions...
I've seen some people trying out the lithium-polymer batteries in their LST as reciever batteries.
Is the voltage difference ok for the Servo's and the Reciever?
My Li-po is stock @ 7.4v.... The old reciever battery (5 cell nimh) is stock @ 6.0v.
Obviously, when the Li-Po is fully charged, it sits at 8.25v... Is this battery going to cause damage to my reciever and servos? Anyone that's running there li-po, please shed some light on this. The battery I have now is SO much lighter than that crappy 5 cell nimh, plus, it's smaller, so I can get rid of the battery comparment on the bottom.
Thanks

RE: Lithium Reciever Battery - Questions...
Just get this thing and it will lower the output voltage of your LiPo to 6.V.
