for some reason i cannot start my engine without stalling

have you changed the glow plug? 2nd vid where it dies as soon as you remove the ignitor makes me think the glow plug is bad. Id swap that first off; hold onto it though, if it turns out it wasnt the problem, it can always be reused.
may also be rich, idle might be set too low as well; could just be too rich and thats why its idling so low though. Id take the LSN in a bit and see what happens. could also trim the radio up a bit just to test the idle setting. Id go to 4 or 5+. this isnt a permanent fix because then itll stall everytime you brake, this is purely for trouble shooting, I find that easier than constantly messing with the idle needle. Once the engines running, you know what was wrong, you know where it should be, set the throttle with the screw and adjust the linkages and trim it back to 0.

factory settings is 4 turns out on the HSN, and 2 turns out on the LSN.
tighten tham all in all the way, then unscrew them the proper amount of turns.
