it's probably your clutch or clutchbell bearing's. check and see if you can spin the clutchbell and spur gear's if not then your bearing's are bad or the clutch. how much fuel is through the truck?. is it a lst1 or lst2?.

It is the LST 2, I bought it in January and probably has at least 3 gallons through it.

if your still running the stock clutch shoes i'll bet they are shot. mine as well as alot of others are only getting 1 1/2 to 2 gallon's on them. i replaced mine with the nova ajustable shoes and it hook's up alot better. don't forget to replace the bearing's also. keep us posted.

cool glad to hear you found the problem. how worn are your shoes? i'd get new shoes, springs, bearing's while you have it apart. then you won't have to worry about anything for a while.

It was pretty worn, I am gonna see if they have the adjustable ones at the hobby store, if not then i will just order em and put em in my tackle box.

if your shop doesn't have the nova's you can get them at killerhobbies.com. they have great service and fast shipping. i think they are about $20 just about the same as stock but better quality. and don't forget new bearing's they deffinetly need to be replaced. that's one downside i've seen on this truck the clutch bell bearing's don't last long.

hey haascncguy the stock ones will be fine for now. you should get about 1-2 gallon's out of them. make sure you clean the inside of clutch bell real good use some sandpaper or scotchbrite. you want to remove all of the glaze that's on there.
