local seller has a used LST2, claims 1/2 gallon on the motor, for $300. should i go for it? i have a Savage SS right now, but want a second MT. just wondering if that's a fair price as long as nothing is broken, cracked, or badly messed up.

Is that with the Radio Gear to? or just as a roller?
It sounds Like a Good deal to me...So long as it's in pretty good shape when you check it out......

yes, it come with all electronics (JR XS3), although it's missing the battery cover for the starter pack. also, it's been sitting in the closet for over a year. is that something i need to worry about? here are some photos... does it look like everything is intact?

good deal. I mean, the worst that could have happened is the receiver battery died, and the engine might have crap built up, but that's not too serious. I had my ofna buggy sitting for several months, and I just had to get rid of the crap that had built up in the engine

looks like a good deal. Ask him to meet you somewhere to test drive it.. See how easily it starts (the 427 is EASY to tune, and runs pretty cool) Mine will sit over the winter for a few months, and after it is primed, it will usually fire right up.

For 489 u get a new LST2, and the aftershock will cost u 329$. But nevertheless I'd go for it.
I say it's a good deal, even if you need a new motor and receiver pack you'll only be into it for 450, a lil more than an Aftershock.
