I know what the muggy is - muggy comes from “monster truggy”. I prefer the LST to the 8T because I really dislike the center Diff and how it makes the truck drive. Plus it’s only a single speed. The downside to the LST is lack of clutching options available due to the double pinion clutchbell/2-speed transmission setup.
Truggies are more nimble, but the lackluster performance turns me off on them. The LST2 with Muggy shocks and towers makes the LST a more nimble truck with the bonus of a 2-speed transmission. It just wouldn’t be as wheelie happy with truggy suspension and a strong modified engine. That’s just my opinion though.
