What do you usually use?

Firm?
Medium?
Soft?

What is a great combination for racing and medium size jumps?

From what I have heard the BLACK springs are the best for racing and the YELLOW springs are best for bashing .

Silver= 5.0
Black= 6.0
Yellow= 7.4
