Default LST Mach 26 Temp, Car cleaning

Been out the hobby for a little over a year. Firing up my LST for the first time in a while and everything is fine, but I don't remember the temp you should try to keep it at. I think it was around 225, is that true?

And I think Iheard of some people spaying down their entire car with Simply Green to clean it? If not that, what if anything do you use to spray down the entire truck with? I've always taken everything apart and cleaned things seperatly but it would be cool if I could spray it all while I'm out and let it dry on the drive back to the house.

Do you spray it with anything else after your spray it with Simply Green? I've always used alcohol to clean, should I hit the non plastic parts with alcohol afterwards?

naaa the green will remove all the oil/grease from the exhaust along with any dirt ...I believe the mix on the simple green is 5:1 with water ...it works great ...oh yeah you gotta rinse with water and dry with a compressor or just let air dry some will spray bearings/axles with wd40 but I never have
