"American Moderated" ...... chuckle....... Ron, apparently you have failed to notice that we are pretty much self-moderate here. Not one post has ever been "moderated" by anyone, except the author.

If there was an active censor, It's quite obvious that your poorly thought out responses would be a prime target.

I wonder if it is at all possible for you to actually have a non-confrontational debate about any topic without attempting to run the opponent down with your horse? What do you call your horse? If it's unamed, May I suggest "Bluffer".

Never said often said on occassion. Am surprised that Jason would nominate you as his defender. In the few correspondences that I have had with him, I got the impression that a) he needed no help in defence and b) would likely be appalled at the tactics you use to defend him.
If it sounds like I am on a lower level than the rest here as you state, so be it, the feelings are mutual.
I do not assign level Ron, people do themselves through the nature of their posts. Using the term "Arseholes", etc to brand folks, the personal attack style you use and the poorly thought logic of your comments places you. As far as "feelings" I have none, you're more than welcome to your opinion as I am to mine.

Maybe you should. Might I suggest that their advice was also for "their" benefit as you do not represent their interests very well. Perhaps you should get together and choose another spokesperson
and remain on rccanada, yet sorry Jeff and Patch..........it was Kenair's usual "can" rambles Jim was referring to...........and I am not in any way supporting "chuckling"....I only hear the same thing you all hear...and I'm looking for a resolution like the rest of you so we can get on with all the upcoming events in 2006 and put all this hors*it behind us
Agreed however the newly created blog site will likely keep things alive for some time to come.

I got every right to ride any horse I wish ( only a response to Jeff's above post where he considered him at the top of the heap)...as for being un-Canadian, speak for yourself...your here on an American moderated site now that your Manitoba ( still in Canada I believe) forum has closed for good finally....[:'(]
Read other post - Not certain how you think I feel I am at the top of the heap ... if that is your opinion of me then I am truely flattered but hardly deserving. ;)

In spite of our differences (not even certain what they are) hope you have a happy new year.

Would LOVE to hear more about contacting your employer. That's been done before and seems pretty low to me.

he's never called my employer. I kind of feel left out. I do know for fact that he contacted the security division where one of my friends work. They thought it was pretty funny as would anyone with common sense. But then, if it was really "common" sense, everybody would have it. He did however try to get me thrown out of MAAC.

That's Ok Johnny..Im used to him now...he likes to play with words and hates when I just come out and tell it like it is without using my "longfellow"...drives him nuts....so he has to get out the dictionary once in a while...not mad at him tho. I agree with all of you that the SW Zone needs a revamping and it has problems, but not sure whether it's just one person as you are all suggesting...in fact I hear that he isn't even the one that got it into this mess at all. I really don't know to tell you the truth nor do I care, I"m only concerned about certain people blogging the Southwest Zone which includes our club. MAAC somehow let it get to this point and isn't sure how to fix it, I guess. Blogging doesnt solve the problem, unless everyone is just satisfied to complain about it....

....calling employers also is not a very good tactic and for what reason?

Patch....I agree with you and sivle and Marc and everyone else 100% that it is possible....... but what if it is not on paper? Will it mean anything? I have my own opinion based on many things I've been told, but I would never share them with you or anyone else. Too much at risk.

It is folks who read these posts that will make up their own minds as to the level of "civility" of the posts and posters. In the same way I do not "rank" myself others will. Hardly a civil post and one of the lowest recently posted, consequently my comment (as a reader of the forum - not an assigner of level), however it is only my opinion as there is no Dewy Decimal scale of civility on websites ... perhaps there should be.

I hope the southwest zone sorts itself out and I trust that there are only a few misguided individuals that you are referring to that are tarring the entire zone in their posts - perhaps they consider it payback for the years of "Manitoba Zone" bashing that took place - Am I mistaken or did you participate in that as well?

Bluffer!!....that's a good one!.....my last German Shepherd should have been named that. He weighed 125 pounds and had a mean bark but was such a coward that he would hide behind the hot tub, on the sundeck, all the while barking his head off whenever the coyotes would venture into the yard at night. That said, a great pet for 14 years.

.......... My so called "battles" were never against any one zone, Ron. It was all about individual personalities, egos and an inability to admit mistakes or listen to alternative ideas. It would appear from recent history and seeing you trying to make some quick distance between some of the players that......................... I was right.

2nd time? Not. Maybe a final chapter to a long, silly toy airplane story?
