Default HL-Tiger 1: "Rommel" storage box

Hi guys,

today you are going to modify the storage box at the back of the turret.

What´s wrong with it?

If you take a look from the above you´ll see, that the box edges are faced almost 90° to the turret.

If you take a look to the original you´ll see, the angle is different.

Now you can eather replace the hole box or you can add two corners.

By replacing the hole box you also have to create new brackets for the elevation device.

The easiest way is to add two corners. I show you my way.

First I took a leftover Tiger turret and market the edges I needed.

Then I cut off the corners.

Adjusted them to the box and glued them.

Closed the bottom gap.

At last there is a little grinding work to do. That´s it.

If you don´t have a leftover, you also can use poly and create a corner by using plates.

Greetings
Birger
