I ordered some things about 20 days ago,and I know ground shipping only takes up to 5 days,I thought because there is a big banner on this site they might not make me wait forever.and I ordered the loop thing that goes around the blade grips on a raptor to control pitch

Try the telephone, heliproz is pretty good. Email them, they always respond. 20 days is a bit overboard on a little part like that. Amainhobbies offers priority shipping which is pretty quick. I have never had a heliproz complaint though, so I tend to think something didn't go through with your order.

I have never had problems with HeliProz. I see Ak as your location I'm assuming Alaska, are you sure its not a weather relaited problem with the carrier UPS or whoever is delivering. Did HeliProz send you a tracking number? if not maybe they didn't get the order in the first place.

I almost always order thru Heliproz. I can place an order on Monday and Thrusday, the parts are in my front door ready to fix the heli thrusday and friday to get ready to fly on the weekend. I stopped ordering replacement parts to stock in my shop for that reason.
Most likely if you have not received your parts in 20 days is because they are backordered and they cancel any backorders less than $20. You should have an e-mail notification on your inbox stating this.
Given the nature of the parts ordered, I'll bet that is the reason.

Yes, heliproz always ships out instock parts the same or next day depending on the time you ordered. If you ordered online they send a email as soon as you place the order and another when it is shipped with a tracking number. They don't backorder anything under $20, they just cancel that off the order. You should have called them about 15 days ago. Anyway, rather than sitting around wondering, call them and I'm sure they can tell you exactly what is up with your order.

That's a pretty negative attitude...
Someone doesn't have time for email or phone calls to try and track down an order from a VERY RESPECTABLE Business like HELIPROZ, BUT has time to surf the web and read through the Forum????
If you cannot take the time to politely contact the vendor to see if there was perhaps some extenuating resaon, then SURE, GO AHEAD... call the credit card company...
I'm sure HeliProz will suffer severly because you canceled your 12 dollar order....
In the mean time the rest of us will continue to support them and order AND receive parts from them rather quickly...

that is pretty damn sad. You had time to make 48 posts on rcuniverse at some point in the past, including two here. In that time, you could have sent one email or dialed one number and had an answer. Hell, you could probably even check your card statement online to see if you were ever even billed.
I'll be waiting for heliproz "going out of business sale" because they just lost a great customer.
Maybe try banana hobbies, they might work better for you.

I was polite at first but my original thought was "why is this guy asking us about his order when he has never tried to contact Heliproz".
So, yeah that's a great idea, call the credit card company and reverse the charges that you don't even know have been applied and not get your parts as opposed to just calling Heliproz and getting your stuff and be done with it. I would bet the screw up is on your end anyway. I've probably made close to 100 orders (yeah, so I crash alot) from Heliproz and have never had a problem. Good luck on finding your "loop thing that goes around the blade grips on a raptor to control pitch".

If the parts are not at your door, and you ordered less than $20 your credit card was never charged. But you don't have time to check that either.

Why don't you post your fleet for sale too. Seems you don't have time to fly.

I think the original poster that started this thread did not like some of the answers he got here.
I stopped in at Heli Proz on my way thru Billings yesterday and they as always have been a very helpful group of people. I asked for help on a problem I was having with my Trex and a new receiver, and after explaining to Larry what was going on he told me how to fix the problem. I had asked the same question on the Trex forum and never did get a correct answer, so as I said before they are a very helpful group of people and have gone out of there way to always help me and provide good customer support.

paulaballa::... I dont have time to make calls and check emails .... I will just call the credit card people ...
You don't have the time to CALL to check the status of the order ... but you do have the time to CALL to dispute the transaction???
Uhhhhh ... nothing. I'm not getting your logic.
Besides ... in one of your other "I HATE HELIPROZ" posts ... you said it was a "loaded debit card".
I hate to tell you this but owners of most debit cards DO NOT have the same purchasing protection as owners of credit cards. They are NOT the same animal.
So go ahead ... try to dispute a purchase on a debit card. If you thought Heliproz was bad ... you are about to get a schooling on debit card purchases.
Good Luck with that.
