O.k, I'll bite,

Cool Lobsterboat in the works! Is it a kit or scratch built?

What kind of ideas are you looking for?

I pulled these 2 pics from yachtworld, maybe they will be helpful. The Lobsterboats are similar to the style of your boat.

its scratch built? thank you for the pic's they will be most helpful i don't like the back how its cut out like that is that the way they look if you find any pic's of the back of these boat let me know and thank you for your time

Joe, Here are a few more pics. These will probably help you as well. Lobsterboats are pretty simple as far as detailing. If you do not like the back, you can change it up. Here are some ideas.

Joe,

Here are a few more. Note the 3 different styles of lobsterboats. One had a fully enclosed pilothouse (port to stbd) , another had the pilothouse similar to yours (port)and the final is open. This should help you determine the style best for you. Note, if you decide to keep the current pilothouse, the pics provided shows lots of windows all around. (which makes sense for navigation.

Also, it should be easy enough to modify the style of boat to look like any of these.
