ARF or kit build? Airplane is new? any flights or repairs? What is wingspan? I would be driving from RI

The plane is built from a kit as far as I can tell. It has never had servos installed and comes with a super tigre 60 installed. I got this at a swap meet and couldn't pass it up because my father used to fly one when I was little. It is 9 out of 10. The super tigre is an older version. It does have slightly different stab and rudder than the original. The original stab and rudder were swept back. If you decide to purchase the plane I would throw in a Taurus fuselage that likely was built in the 60's due to the fact that the hinges are stitched. The wingspan is 69". I think the original Taurus have a longer wingspan .
