Default ?? Dx9 with phoenix flight sim

I am selling my DX9 transmitter with Phoenix 5 flight SIM. No broken switches or knobs. Very little use.

Why the ??. Does this transmitter have voice alerts, battery and charger. Will you sell without the sim?

I'll offer you $225 for the radio...payment with either paypal or I can send money from my bank via popmoney (used this to send money to my son for his birthday and it works great and is secure!).
