BVM 91 Ducted fan engine, pipe & fibergalss cone
This is a slightly used BVM 91 Ducted fan engine, tuned pipe and fiberglass cone
Due to the sale of my BVM ducted fan jets, I no longer need this engine, pipe and cone.
The engine and pipe are in excellent condition. No damage, scrapes or dents.
The engine has very low time. Less than a dozen flights. It was ran with an ounce of turbine jet oil added to a gallon of 10% nitro fuel. As you can see there is no fuel residue on the engine. It is very clean.
One photo shows the piston in the up position and you can see there is no scoring on it. It's perfect.
I've kept this engine lubricated with air tool oil and wrapped in a plastic bag inside my home . I care for and maintain all my equipment very well.
The compression on the engine is excellent, as if it were new. The bearings are smooth and turn freely. There is no need to replace the bearings or anything else. The engine is ready for you to install into a fan mount, adjust the fuel/air mixture screw for your altitude, and fly your jet.
