Scherrer UHF long range system pro version
For sale a complete long range system for ROYAL EVO 12 but it can be fitted to any radio that generates a PPM signal.
The package consists of a SCHERRER UHF rc radio link module, a 7W at least amplifier and one long range diversity receiver with one antenna and a second rf plug for making the second one because i have lost the other antenna.
The receiver is the diversity long range one with 12 channels and it was never flown but kept as a spare but with changed wrapping in an effort to make it lighter and missing one dipole antenna, everything works fine.
The module and it's rf amplifier was used for 10 flights at most and then stashed away from an University experiment many years ago.
The system even has a NATO NSN number.
I am an old guy getting out of the hobby because unlike USA with all those new European rules it is impossible to fly long range in Europe...
Shipping cost is 30 dollars.

also if I wanted to get a spare receiver, do you think the newest version rx700 would be compatible?

Yes it is, actually the tx version is 3.17 and the rx is the diversity long range one 4.02 LR Long Range Diversity, (The current version of february 2010),
the same as the newer ones.
When i bought them the PRO version was the latest version as it was produced after the normal versions.
In any case the whole system can be upgraded.
