Default Technopower

For sale or trade. Technopower B9C803 9 cylinder on a stand with glow driver, fuel tank Futaba reciever and throttle servo. Purchased on E bay approx 10 years ago for collectables. Never attempted to run it and never dissembled for internal inspection. Is not locked but DOES NOT FREELY ROTATE. Recently sold for 2000 on eBay. Buyer renieged on sale over shipping cost and caused e bay to suspend my newly instituted account.
Face to face sale for cash with no exceptions this time offered.
Will trade for any running Moki five cylinder. Regardless of size or accessories.

Thanks. I have had a hard time giving up my collection of 12 radials. But retired recently, so adjustments have to be made.

Pretty small community of enthusiasts of these high dollar model engines. But I sure am part of that group lol.
Thanks

With you on that. I have one never run with the stock nos ring and this one I fly weekly. Love the engines. Both of mine are still nitro. My Seidel 7-77 (orig. German manufacture) and Saito R-5 are both converted to gas. My Saito 450 R-3 is still nitro also. (It's down for bearings). My Evolution 7-77 ( UMS/ horizon hobby version is also still on nitro. My 257 Moki is gas. I love em all. I still have one Morton and one technopower early 7 cylinder (and the 9 I just listed. I am ready to let a few go to fund another Moki 180 or UMS 160 seven cylinder. I have the UMS 125 5 cylinder flying on a phoenix Waco right now that I am very happy with.

I'm pretty happy with mine too. I fortified the wings substantially. Some have posted failures. The 125 is heavy and powerful. So far so good. The R-90 is smooth but super powerful..have you looked the wing perches over in the fuse? Mine were not real well glued and seemed to be hot melted. I put gussets in with epoxy, uncovered the wings and doubled some interior seat ribs and re glued every joint with ca. Then installed the light kit while I was there. Lol.
Do you have a lot of flights on yours with the big R ?

All good bro. Can't wreck em if ya can't fly em. And they are just as good as Harleys to sit and stare at lol. I retired after a spinal injury this year. More time doesn't always mean more time. Take the fun where and when we can. Electro Dynamics (in my area) make great light kits. I put mine together with their components. Great folks to work with.
