accidently rejected offer

How do I un mark a rejection? sorry if this was covered before but cant seem to find that info.

Once you reject an offer, you cannot change the status.

If you would like to tell me the ad # and the specific offer, I can reset it for you.

Item Number 676185 Goldberg Ultimate I did not reject the ad I must have accidentally hit the cancel and now all it will say is transaction incomplete. Thanks for your help.
