Anyone Know if the store below is Fake!

Their mode is when you place the order by online they will be request you scan front and back credit card and then they will send you authorized form by owner for signature the paper, and then they need to verfy the credit card sent you email if the credit card is non AVS, so They Will Request for T/T or Money Gram. Before I'm sent them money by T/T I try to check into google any report for this site or not, and I don't get report anything. after 3 day's they will be give you tracking number, Why I say FAKE because When you get the package and open it, LOL the package Just Online Magazineadvertisement Paper, and I get all of this **** for $1700, I'm in Singapore anyone can help me to check the store address atTexas ?

butMy bad luck I get bad site, but why no one report the to police or The provider? because the order ID has been more than 4000, I think I'm not alone to feel this **** from the guy
