I was having a hard time getting in to the market place. First I tried switch over to paypal, it said my account was billed but still did not let me in to market. Today , it accepted my credit card & let me in the market. However, I think you also charged my CC for the same bill that paypal just paid. Will you please check into this, thanks

There is no record in your account of us receiving a Paypal payment from you. There are only two charges to your credit card. One on March 7 for $4.15 and a second made today for $10.85.

If you made a Paypal payment and have the transaction ID, please send it to me via PM for verification so we can apply it to your RCU account.

You can review your full account history on the Accounting tab of the My Market area of the marketplace.

Please send me pm info so I can send you transaction number. thank you. And after letting me in this morning after cc update, I have posted another add. Now its saying the same thing, it wants my cc info again & wont let me into market. What is going on??

Almost the same thing happened to me 5 minutes ago. I had an CC that had expired so I updated my CC information and BAM my ad appeared TWICE and I got emails (2) confirming 2 different charges. What can I do now?

Same thing happened to me, but I got a refund for the second charge today. Thank you RCU. But you still seem to have a glitch in the system.

You were charged twice because you clicked the Submit button twice. That created two ads and you were charged for the enhancements in both.

I have credited your account for the second listing and deactivated the ad.
