When I click on the Buy & Sell tab I get a message telling me to update credit card or update membership. Why can't I get into that? Does anybody know? I've never had that problem before today.

I have the same problem. I have filled out a trouble ticket and I'm waiting for a response. Must be some of the new RCU customer service!

We have resolved the issue and apologize for the inconveniece it has caused.

I don't see this issue as resolved. Nor do I wish to update my CC info as it has been changed by my bank due to a security problem. The impact is more than on just me. It sure going to be difficult for sellers to show off 'stuff' as potential buyers can't look <drool?>. I am one of those who looks a lot before purchasing and I was in the looking mood (with available funds).

The notice you are seeing is the same as was reported by other members, which was a bug, but it is not the same problem. In your case, you do need to update your credit card information, or post a Paypal deposit, as required by your membership level of RC Trading Plus.

If you do not wish to update your credit card information or post a Paypal payment, then we will need to lower your account level to Market Authorized. Please understand that doing this will remove your ability to take advantage of the ad enhancement features.

Please let me know what you wish to do.
