Is there a way or a parameter that I an increase the number of topics viewed on a page. Seem to be set at less than 30, but with high speed I'l like to increase this.

In the forum just above the threads you should see on the right hand side of the screen "Display topics from last:" When I change the 30 days it remembers my settings for the rest of the forums I visit too.

Almost .... the "Display topics from last" only changes the total number of topics that meet your selection, it does not change the number of topics on a page. Ie if 60 topics were posted within the last 1 day and I selected Display all for 1 day, it would give me 2 pages to move through with about 30 topics each page. I'd like to see that list of 60 topics all in one viewing by scrolling up and down the topics list instead of have to keep paging forward. Similar to how most e-mail programs work to show you how many messages on a screen.

You'll see the list of "forum preferences" increase as time allows. For now though that is not available.
