How do I leave seller/buyer ratings in the new marketplace?

Click the hyperlinked number after "My Feedback:" after that an option to leave feedback will appear, click "Submit Feedback"

How do you give seller feedback after the add as disappeared. There is no way to give or get ratings any more. I want to rate my seller and would like him to rate me but there is no way after the add is gone. This new market place system is very poor compared to what used to be the best.
