Customer Settings Selectable?

Was just wondering if you would consider making the "quick reply" settings savable for the user? When responding to a thread, I like to automatically subscribe, and like to be returned to the thread just to review my post in case I need to edit it. If these settings were part of the preferences, then each user would be able to set the way he/she wants. Seems like there are quite a few posts on this subject.
I always seem to forget to set these before hitting submit.

this code is done and will be uploaded around wed/thurs this week along with MANY other fixes and enhancements that have been requested or that were missing from this software that the old RCU had.
