Karma for bad buyers........
If you make a deal with someone on here for a trade, you ship you item, but he doesnt, you attempt to contact him via numerous emails and pms, how long do you wait till take some type of action. Its been about three weeks for me.

Depending on where they live (i.e if they live on Earth) 3 weeks is WAY too long. I wouldn't want to bad mouth someone needlessly, but I would not want to wait that long for anything... not even a response. Plus, if you wait longer than 30 days, you may lose your ability to rate them.
Just be prepared for the inevitable "accident/ fire/ disaster" story it seems people in these cases seem to have. (my apologies to those who've had "real" issues).
