Default subscription notices

All of a sudden I started recieving subscription notices to post I have not even visited. The link on the notice goes to a page that shows I have nothing checked, and no subscriptions. How do I get this stopped? Tom

Tom,,
Go to top of main page, to
my account, then go to
forum settings, then in the second full box, at top, there is
my forums, next to it it says click forums..

Here you can check ALL thread you are or have been watching if
you wish to continue to check them...
And it will also list all forums you are subscribed to, and if you
wish to be notified per reply..

Below each MAIN BOX there will be buttons.. make sure you click [{K}, PER BOX...

additional notices from old forum subscriptions should stop as I cleared that table out last night. if new ones come then go to the subscriptions page to see what is checked and what is not checked.

Hi I am not gettin emails notifying me of new posts in the threads that I subscribe too.. The main one I participate in is the EF Yak-54 thread in the 3d Flying forum.. Sometimes I get an email but there are many posts behind/on top of it.. I unsubscribed and resubscribed thinking it would fix it but it didnt.. For ex: I went to the thread this morning and there was a page and a half of replies that I wasnt notified of..

Scott,

check your bulk/spam/junk inbox to see if they are getting misfiled. I made a change 10PM last night which may fix this but need some people like you who were getting email and now are not to test it for me.

if you aren't getting them lmk who you use for email (isp, hotmail, yahoo, etc). also what email client you use and what spamblockers if any. These emails are going out but the question is who and where they are getting blocked. These days getting legitimate email through is just as hard as getting spam through.

I just had an other notice in my email for a thread I didn't subscribe to. I checked my account, and it shows I'm not subscribed to any threads. Tom

I need you to paste a copy of it in here so I can troubleshoot. Or PM it to me with all headers. Did you ever setup any other usernames here on RCU?
