I have been a member for a couple of years, then last month my computer died, after rebuilding and logging on , I couldn't find me, so I signed up again. Is there any way to find and restore my previous info ?

Are you using the same email address now as you were previously? I searched the database using the address listed in your Jetdoc account and there was only one return.
