Cant change my avatar

Hi I am having problems getting my new avatar sized correctly for acceptance by RCU software. Could you please help as I have been unable to figure whats up?

goto the 'RCU user control panel' at the top of the page, click on edit profile, then down a little bit it says 'custom user text', I believe you type it in that area.
