Complaint Against Seller - No RCU Record of Transaction
I worked a deal w/ this guy and received the Engine but no ignition. I thought this was done through RCU and when I try and lodge a complaint RCU finds now record of the transition. I would like others to be aware of the guy as I beleive he has other adds on RCU and no sense in more people getting screwed.
I have talked to the guy for 4 weeks now trying to get this solved and merely get the runaround, now his email has started bouncing so I assume Im done. I still have the phone and will call tonight.
How can I lodge a complaing if RCU has no record of the transaction?
