Every other RCUNIVERSE page I visit I see a Morris Hobbies ad for Mark 2.10 at $249. I've I have email Morris HObbies 3 times stating my desire to purchase at their advertised price...and NO RESPONSE! I think now it time for them to either put up the PRICE they list on their webspace (almost 30% higher $319..or REMOVE the ad! What you say RCUNIVERSE!

Since I could not get a reponse for purchasing, I figured tech support on the product would probably be the same. Bought a MOKI (thanks ChiefAircraft) for less!!!

We cannot make Morris Hobbies answer their email. I would imagine they are most likely at a trade show or some other event which is keeping them away from their email right now. I just looked at their web site and note they have a toll free phone number. You might want to try calling them. Remember also that you can rate vendors and manufacturers from the rating tool in the RC Community area.

I agree with you on most, but that price has been listed for over 2 months..and email have been spread out over 2 months..
I don't want to tell you how to run your business or theirs, but as a consumer, I feel that is plenty of time to update..I think personally
they are keeping old price to suck over customers to their web site..and hook them.
Maybe you should initiate action and tell them their ad(s) are a little outdated, doing us a favor.

It's possible the price is a sale price for RCU members. Try giving them a call, I doubt they would run an old price as a bait an switch tactic.
