Problem with purchase
Gentlemen:
I recently (6/6/05) purchased a Balsa USA Nieuport 28 kit from Pat O'Brien Hobbies from an ad here on RCU. As part of the purchase I added an aluminum cowl. The Nieuport kit was dropped shipped from Balsa USA and arrived in good fashion. To date I have not received the cowl. When I contacted Doug at Pat O'Brien he said that it would be shipped seperately. I have sent him a number of e-mails with no reply. Can you assist with this problem?
