I was trying to place an ad for a receiver and I guess I placed in crystals. I went to remove the ad in crystals and got a message stating my account would be suspended if I removed it and placed it somewhere else. What can I do?

Try editting add and go to catagoty and hit "remove" button. The red button catagory list will pop up again and select the correct one (reciever only?"

I see one of yours is correct and the other is in crystals. Editing it should work fine.

btw..the reason we do this is to prevent "bumping". some guys would delete their ads and then place another to get to the top which isn't fair to others. we have systems in place to monitor this activity.

the easy solution is what guver suggests here. just go to mymarket->selling and then edit your ad. go through each page and then when you hit the step 5 you can edit/change your category anytime.

also if somebody makes an honest mistake and deletes then relist it would be unlikely we would suspend anyone in isolated circumstances like this where the member was not aware of the proper way to fix their problem.
