First off, i sent him by buggy, and he told me hed send his, well he never did, and he got mine, and decided he didint like it, so he told me he would send it back....that was 2 weeks ago....i send him emails every day....no response!!!! MY WHOLE BUGGY IS GONE!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE DID WITH IT!!!!!!!!
any info on him will help, an address, and espically a phone number so i cal call and speak my mind to this thief!!!!!!!!!!

As you snet the buggy to him, you have his address...
Now send him a certified mail US Postal, return reciept
requested, and inform him to complete the transaction
or return the buggy within a set time..
If he fails to respond contact the his local police and
inquire about filing fraud and thieft charges against
him..

In any event,, posting on RCU every 20 minutes or
so will not settle this any sooner..

In the future, request complete contact info
from those you deal with.. I ask for a land line
phone number and call person I deal with prior
to consumating any deal...

TC3_R40 was suspended, but not for fraud. Please fill out the fraud complaint form on the Feedback page in the Marketplace and leave him appropriate feedback. His suspension was not necessarily a permanent thing so hopefully he will be willing to work this out. But, this is why we so strongly suggest the use of Escrow.com for all transactions with unknown parties over the internet. Still, send me the ad number and I will see what I can do to help get this resolved.

You sent your buggy off to someone..
You didn't retain the shipping info and contact
info that you did have for the person so some
of the blame does fall onto you..
You don't have a shipping reciept..

The MODs, as JWN in this case, do have things
do to other than to be at your beck and call..

Getting testy or impatient is not going to help you at all..
