Problem with Invoice

The last two items that I "Sold" on RC Universe had problems when the invoice was sent out. The invoice showed up on my email, but apparently not to the Buyers.I finally emailed both buyers to ask if they had lost interest. One guy did return my question, he said he never got an invoice. So I sent another, I got the reciept on my end, but again no payment, so I emailed him a second time, and again he says he got no invoice. He asked me to just send the total and Paypal info directly.
I think RC Universe needs to know about this, I hope this is the right forum, has anyone else had the same experience?? Thanks

If you received a copy of the invoice, then it's being sent out properly. Most likely what is going on is your buyers are using anti-spam software. Depending on which one they are running, they either need to list emails from rcuniverse.com as allowed, or they inadvertently placed our server on their black list.

You can do an experiment. Go to the gallery area and find any photo. Then, click on the photo and then click "Tell a Friend" and put the guy's email in. See if he gets the photo recommendation. If he does, let us know and we'll look at the invoice tool to see what's happening.
Also, is the guy a member here? If so, what is his userame. His email address here my be out of date.
