Ok here is the story some guy posted that he would give me 15-20 bucks shipped for an rc car. I asked him if he would trade for his micro rs4 instead. He emailed me back saying he didnt know about wat i was offering. After i told him he started saying that he didnt say anything on my ad. He says i contacted him first. So i told him i didnt want to trade after this. Now he contacted me back telling me i need to get my facts striaght. He was trying to use his name on another fourm to get me to trade. He siad he would not ship first in the trade because i didnt have a high rating on another fourm when we were using rcu. SOmeone plz help. I thought he was a scammer and i asked him to leave me alone i think he filed a report on me. Im so lost on all this and i dont think its fair when he is trying to get me to use his other name on another fourm i told him i will not accept that because he had no ratings on rcu. IDK wat to do about all this i hope someone can help me.

he contacted me through pm and made an offer through it (which as i
understand it is not allowed that is what the offer button in the forums
is for) and the when it came time to work out a deal i suggested we ship
same time. he refused saying i should send first because of 0 feedback.
he then proceeded to tell me that i contacted him and i did not, now he
is flooding my e-mail (i am tired of deleting his e-mails) i have no
problem with a trade deal as long as same time shipment is agreed to i
mean i would not ship out first if i was being paid in cash, i have
positive feedback on another forum adn there are a couple of rcu users
whom use this other forum as well as this one, texracer and dallas racer
II FAST les and tony could vouch for me if neccessary, however after
he clearly violated the offer rules be sending a pm with an offer in it
i feel he needs banned i have not done but one deal on rcu and i did not
get left feedback, to which is why i have not used these boards much i
do not trust this person username suicidalpoems69 and would like for him
to be dealt with, i am really tired of the harraqsing e-mails and i will
not delete another i will just report the username to thefbi along with
name of which forum he is using to harass me. please deal with him
before i have to report this to the athourities, and i did not buy it or
trade it and i will not because he is stubborn and rude i have no time
for games i will also be looking for him on other boards to make sure
people are aware of wht kind of person he can be. thank you


This is wat he siad... I didnt flood his email i only asked him to leave me alone because i didnt want to deal with him. He wants me banned for nothing i have done notheing wrong. Yes i did ask him if he would take the car with a motor for his rs4 because he sent in my ads a question for buying it for 20 bucks shipped. ALl i did was resond. He communicated with me first. I am not one tracked mind besides the fact that i will not deal with him because of him being rude. I was not stubbron i just dont want his rs4. ANd i think it is unfair that he is going to go to other boards to let peoplle aware of me because i am an honest guy. Im not trying to ripp him off im trying not to get ripped off. I saw no rating so i asked him to ship first if we had a deal. We never made a deal and if anything he was harrasing me. I do not want anything to deal with him. ANd if i was leaving all these email would he not keep them for proof?? I think that if i get banned it will be unfair because i dont think i did anything wrong. Im sure the admins can look back into my cinvos on here. If needed i will send all the emails i have. I dont mind i just want this taken care of because i like to use this site to trade on. I have done a few trades so far and everything has been going good besides this one guy. I just hope that this is answered in time I dont know wat to do.

Ok so now he took his offer for 10 bucks back saying "i will not deal with him he contacted me through pm against tos and
wanted to trade the hunk of junk for my mint micro rs4, NO DEAL" When he was all about trading and wanted me to ship first on another fourm..Honestly no disrespect to him he makes all this sound like he is trying to scam me. I may be new to this site but he seems to sketchy on deals. He says i need banned when i have a had two trades and nothing wrong with them. I have another on the way i am shipping tomorrow. In all honesty i think something should be done with him also. I understand that i made an offer through pm and its not allowed didnt know that but i did so i will take my punishment but also isnt there something about trying to scam people saying that u are someone else on another site? I thought i saw somewere saying ur not allowed to do that... COrrect me if im wrong. I just dont feel as if it was fair for him to file a complant agianst me and have him saying things that are not true. I really dont mean to sound rude but i dont understand his reasonings.
