I bought an item on here I made an offer on it and the seller accepted it. I did use the Make offer box. To determine my offer, I asked the seller for a shipping quote. Which the seller did $127.00 via UPS. He accepted my offer but now I find out that the seller has switched shipping companies and now instead of the 1-6 day wait, I am now going to have to wait 3-5 weeks for parcel post. I feel that the sale was misrepresented. Anyone would like to comment on this? I'm just upset right now thinking that it would be in hand by now. And only to find out I actually paid more than what he was asking originally.
