I placed an ad for a YS engine. when I search engines, by manufacturer, and click YS, my ad is not on the list. any ideas? thanks

It appears that what has happened is you entered an older out of production model. Instead of using the option YS Engines from the manufacturer drop down menu, you selected "I do not see it here" and manually listed the engine as simply YS. When you do not use the drop down menus to build your ad, the system cannot classify it with the drop down selections.

thanks, now is there a way to edit my ad using a drop down description? I would appreciate my YS showing when someone does a YS search. Pete

Unfortunately, no, there is no way to correct it. You would have to cancle your existing ad then create a new one.

However, if someone does a standard search by entering YS in the search box, they will find your ad. The only place your ad is not being shown is if someone uses the manufacturer search tool.
