Is it possible to require people to have a verifiable address and phone number in order to have privileges to post ads on RCU marketplace. Having basic members register a user name without an address, real name, phone number or any other identifying information just seems to be an open invitation for scammers. I am aware of a scammer that is using multiple user names, some of which have been suspended.(example: abcdefg) But he just opens another account under another user name. There must be someway to stop it.

We require that all contact information be complete and accurate before they can use the marketplace. With over 200,000 registered users, it is extremely difficult for us to verify each and every one.
If you are aware of a particular user who has been previously banned and has created a new account, please PM me with their new and old user names, or whatever information you might have, and I will address it immediately.
Thank you,
