I sold an item through the marketplace. After the buyer changed his address while item was on the way, the shipping company charged me $5.00 extra. I noted this in the his ratings and he rebuked this. I got an e-mail from RCU telling me I can post a rebutal and gave me a link to file this rebutal. The original rating for this member/item is not listed and there's a "rebutal" button by someone else that has no problem. I accept Paypal only and use their postage and labeling, so that's the address I shipped it to. If he wants it shipped somewhere else, he should update his Paypal account. Until he does, he should be responsable for the extra shipping.

You can only post a rebuttal on ratings posted to your account You cannot post a rebuttal to rebuttal made by the other party on your original rating of them.
Making sure of the proper shipping address is the responsibility of both buyer and seller. If you find a buyer who has one address listed in his RCU account and yet a different address in his Paypal account, you should be sure of which one he wants you to ship to. OTOH, it is the buyer responsibility to be sure all of their information is up to date in all of their online accounts.
