I made a deal to purchase some rc parts on RCU and it has been two days and I still cannot get the seller to e-mail me his address so I can send payment, what should I do? Other people are selling the same parts that I need and I would like to get them.

If the seller will not respond to provide payment information after accepting your offer, you should post a Poor rating to the sellers account warning others of your experience with them. However, two days is not a very long time. Any of a number of things could be going on preventing the seller from getting back to you. My suggestion is to give him a week. If he doesn't get back to you by that time, then I would consider posting a rating to his account, send him an email stating the transaction is off and move on to another seller.
