How do I print an entire thread?
There's a thread I'm interested in and would like to printoff, however it's currently 6 pages long (and growing). Is there an easy way I can print all 6 pages off without having to print each page at a time? A printer friendly version of the thread perhaps?

Ignore that, it's always the same, you spend ages looking for something, ask a question and then immediately find what you were looking for, i.e. a printer friendly version!
