Default Wanted Ad and creating an invoice - help!!

I responded to a Wanted Ad with a plane that the buyer wants. I did not list my plane on RCU at all. We've corresponded via email, settled on a price, etc., and the buyer wants a formal invoice from RCU. I cannot find out anywhere on RCU as to how to do this. Maybe one cannot generate an invoice for Wanted Ads?? Not to mention how to link Paypal to it. My answer was to just reply to the ad and type in the terms that we agreed upon. Any advice would save the hair I'm pulling out of my head right now. Thanks!!

You cannot create an invoice unless you post a For Sale ad.

I'm having trouble generating an RCU Paypal invoice for my buyer. It is a For Sale ad and I checked the
paypal box under payment options. My Paypal Email address showed up in the box beside it. This is the first time I'e had trouble with an RCU Paypal invoice. What did I do wrong this time?

My problem is: the Paypal link did not show up on my RCU generated invoice. A) it is a For Sale ad B) I checked the Paypoal box under payment options C) my Paypal Email address showed up automatically in the box beside it.

The Paypal link will not be displayed on your copy. The copy sent to the buyer will have the Paypal link present.

Paypal is not listed as an accepted method of payment in this ad. If you look at the ad and note the Payment Forms Accepted description, it states See Item Description. In order for a Paypal link to be generated when you send the invoice, you would have had to select Paypal as a payment method when you originally submitted the ad. This is why when you send the invoice on this ad, the option to select Paypal on the invoice is grayed out.
