Default rejected offer

Hi all: May have put this in the wrong place a few moments ago, I'll try again. Last night I sold an item, generated an invoice, sent it out and thought eve4rything was fine. Showed the item was sold and all. This morning I checked over everything, my ad was marked unsold, and rejected due to "incomplete transaction". What does this mean and how can it be remedied. Have I lost my sale.? Thanks
Norm

This happens if you inadvertently cancel a transaction. Perhaps you went back to the offer to re-review it, or the invoice, and clicked Cancel to close the window instead of Close Window at the bottom center?

I have reset the offer for you.

John: Thanks for doing that for me. I generated another invoice, probably not necessary though. I just noticed my add now reads expired, where my other adds read "sold" after my invoice. Is this alright or still a problem.? thanks for all your help.

Everything is OK with your ad. As long as the offer lists Accepted, the buyer will receive your invoice and both you and he will be able to post ratings for each other.

The same thing happened to me. I am almost sure i hit the cancel button when viewing the offer. I thought it would tell me what would happen. Did not know it would mess things up. Would appreciate it you could reset the offer for me thanks. As i did sell the item to the person that offered to buy.

Thanks
Dennis

d_bodary,
You have several active ads. Which ad, and which offer, would you like to have reset?
