The person you traded with has already been suspended. If you have already filed a complaint with IC3, then your next step is to file one with the local police in the city where the other member lives.

how do i know what city? the one i sent to, because he came back to rcu under difrent name and had a diffrnt city. lmk thanks

Yes, you should file the report with the police in the city you shipped to as that is the location the police will be most interested in.
