Wrong shipping payment default!

Wrong shipping payment default!
Shipping keeps coming up "FREE SHIPPING" even though I specify "BUYER PAYS" - $10.85 in both the payment and shipping defaults. What gives???

When you make the change in your ad, do you progress all the way through Step 5 and resubmit your ad?
Note also that it may take up to 10 minutes for the changes to be reflected in your ad after making the change and resubmitting it.

Yes - I made the edit several times and progressed through 5 several times and still got the wrong default!

There are two areas to post shipping information. The Default information and the fields available when you click on the + next to Shipping Information. The Default fields will apply to future ads. The fields in the + area apply to the current ad to override what is listed in the Default area.
To edit an existing ad, you must edit the fields in the + fields, then progress through Step 5 and resubmit the ad.
