I am trying to list somthing under the heading of tools. in step 2 when choosing a product it says to click the next button. I dont see a next button to click

I believe it is "save and proceed to step 3" button

before I go to step 3 how do you choose a mfg. or product?

You'll have to put it in the title or description on the next step. It is probably as such there's no "tools" database.
