Cannot mark ad sold

I had two offers that I could only see if I clicked on the administer offers option. In the "My Ads" section, there was no indication of an offer being present. When I accepted the first offer the ad did not show sold. I have rebooted my computer and I reset my security levels so there is no issue on my end. Where do we go from here?

I am sorry you are having problems administering your ads.
You did not state which ad you are having problems with, but the only recent ad which you have received two offers on is # 643010 so I will assume this is the one you are inquiring about.
I see the ad marked Sold. It is possible that there is a corrupted cookie or cached web page in your web browser which is causing the problem. You may want to consider deleting these items, then logging back into the site. You should note the ad listed as Sold on the My Ads page of the My Market area of the marketplace.
